(1793, VA – 1827, KY) (Represented), m. Lucy Gregory Williams (1798, VA – 1877, IL)  Date and place of marriage unknown .  Three  children known. Fairly exhaustive searches have failed to find much more concerning this Edwin Parke, though we believe that he fought in the War of 1812 as a sergeant, in the 2nd Reg’t. Virginia Militia. 

Children: 

• Mildred Elizabeth (02NR1) Parke, (c1750, Ire – 1796, IL), m. William H Temple (1811, VA – 1889, IL), 19 February 1839, Bloomington, McLean County, Illinois. Seven children surnamed Temple.

• George (02NRS2) Parke, (1824, KY – 1871, IL), m. Mary “Molly” Bryan 1837, KY – 1909, M))  4 November 1858, Bloomington, McLean County, Illinois.  Three children.

• Lucy B  (02NR3) Parke, (?? – ca 1846, IL),  m. Arthur H. Luce, MD (no dates reported) 11 December 1845, Bloomington, McLean County, Illinois. No issue.   Reportedly, she died just a few months after her marriage.  Nothing further has been found.
